All Sales Final
Due to the consumable and regulated nature of hemp-derived products, all sales at Nature’s Medicine are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds once products have been purchased, except in cases of shipping damage or fulfillment error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery so we can assist you.
Please include your order details and, if possible, photos of the issue. Once verified, we may offer a replacement or refund for the affected item.
Before You Report an Issue
Please make sure that:
The order was placed directly with Nature’s Medicine
The issue is reported shortly after delivery
The product has not been used or altered
Shipping Damage
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please notify us as soon as possible. We may ask for photos of the packaging and product to help resolve the issue.
Order Cancellations
If an order must be canceled before shipment due to payment, compliance, or availability reasons, any payment collected will be refunded to the original payment method.
Hemp Product Compliance
Nature’s Medicine sells hemp-derived products intended to comply with United States federal law, including the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (Farm Bill), containing no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis. Products that have been successfully delivered to a permitted jurisdiction remain non-returnable.
