These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Nature’s Medicine website, retail location, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). 1. ELIGIBILITY AND AGE REQUIREMENT
   Nature’s Medicine products and Services are intended only for individuals twenty-one (21) years of age or older. By accessing or purchasing from Nature’s Medicine, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel transactions, or restrict access if age eligibility cannot be verified.

2. HEMP PRODUCT COMPLIANCE
   Nature’s Medicine sells hemp-derived products intended to comply with the United States Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (“Farm Bill”) and applicable state laws. Products contain no more than 0.3 percent delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) on a dry-weight basis.
   You are responsible for understanding the laws applicable to your jurisdiction before purchasing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates federal, state, or local hemp regulations or shipping restrictions.

3. NO MEDICAL OR HEALTH CLAIMS
   Products sold by Nature’s Medicine are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on our website, packaging, or marketing materials have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using hemp products, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

4. USE OF WEBSITE AND SERVICES
   You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our website or interfere with any other party’s use of the Services. Unauthorized use, including attempts to access restricted areas or systems, is prohibited.

5. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
   All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, compliance concerns, or product availability.
   Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
   Nature’s Medicine ships only to jurisdictions where hemp-derived products are permitted. Shipping availability may change based on legal or regulatory developments. Orders placed for restricted jurisdictions may be canceled.
   Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Nature’s Medicine is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or regulatory actions.

7. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS
   All sales are final. Nature’s Medicine does not accept returns or provide refunds except where required by law or in cases of verified shipping damage or fulfillment error. Customers must report order issues within a reasonable time after delivery.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   All content, trademarks, logos, product names, graphics, text, images, and website materials are the property of Nature’s Medicine or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content without prior written permission.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nature’s Medicine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our products or Services.
   Nature’s Medicine’s total liability for any claim relating to products or Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable purchase.

    Hemp products may affect individuals differently. By purchasing or using Nature’s Medicine products, you acknowledge that you assume all risks associated with their use. You agree to use products responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.
