Nature’s Medicine ships hemp-derived THCA products within the United States to states where these products are legally permitted.

We do not ship to: Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, New Hampshire, or South Dakota.
Orders placed to restricted states will be canceled and refunded.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays).
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on carrier and location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and that hemp-derived products are legal in your area.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Nature’s Medicine is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages, or for incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at naturesmedicinelincoln@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the package and product. We may offer a replacement at our discretion. No refunds are issued.
